How am I charged every month?
For one-time customers: Your card will be charged as soon as your order is placed. Once we receive the payment, you will be invoiced and your Greece in the Box will be immediately handled and shipped.
For subscription-based customers: Your credit card will automatically be charged and invoiced every 5th day of the month. Every Greece in the Box is shipped within the first week of the month. As soon as your Greece in the Box is shipped you will receive an email from us and a notice via email from the courier service with your tracking information. Please allow 7 business days for arrival of your Greece in the Box from the day it has been shipped.
If you sign up for a monthly-based subscription after boxes have shipped for the month, you will receive the next month’s Greece in the Box. Example: if you sign up for a 3-month subscription on February 7, you will be invoiced on March 1 and will receive March’s, April’s and May’s Greece in the Box.
Can I Track My Greece in the Box?
Yes! Each month when your Greece in the Box ships we will notify you via email to let you know.
As soon as your Greece in the Box is shipped you will receive an email from us and a notice via email from the courier service with your tracking information. Please allow 7 business days for arrival of your Greece in the Box from the day it has been shipped.
Can I Choose When I Get My Box?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change shipping date or expedite boxes. We always will process your Greece in the Box as quickly as possible and aim to ship in the first week of each month.
From the date of dispatch your box should be with you in 7 working days.
How can I track my shipment?
When your Greece in the Box order ships, we send a tracking code to the email address on file with a clickable tracking link. You will also receive a notice via email from the courier service with your tracking information. Please follow the tracking closely. You can also track your shipment on DHL’s tracking site: here.
If you are unable to locate the package, please contact the carrier immediately.
An item in my order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are so sorry you’ve experienced an issue with your delivery and for any inconvenience this has caused you. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Greece in the Box experience and we are happy to resolve product issues reported when the box is delivered should you find an item was damaged in transit.
A damaged item(s) is definitely not something that should happen or a common occurrence. That said, we’ve seen instances in a small number of deliveries where an item(s) sustains damage during transit due to the shifting of the product.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with information on the damaged item(s) that was damaged as soon as you unpack the shipment and note the damage. Please attach a photo(s) of the damaged item with your report and let us know if you were able to consume the item in question or if the damage caused the product to need to be discarded. Photos are very helpful and allow us to visually assess the damages and help us to continually improve our service. An agent will be happy to review your report, photos, etc. and provide an appropriate resolution when reported upon receipt.
I’m missing an item. What should I do?
A missing item is definitely not something that should happen or a common occurrence. Please check your invoice against the product received. If you are missing an item please email email@example.com and an agent will be happy to replace the item in your next shipment or refund the retail price of the missing item, as you prefer.
You can cancel your subscription by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your cancellation is complete, all billing will be cancelled and a confirmation email will be automatically received for your records.
Sadly, once an order has been placed we are not able to cancel or make any amendments to this. Please contact our team at email@example.com.
If you’ve already been billed for the current month (billing is placed on the 5th of every month) your cancellation will go into effect the following month and you will still receive the current month’s box which has already been paid for. If you emailed our support team to request a cancellation this must be done in 3 working days advance of your next billing date if you do not want to receive the next month’s box.
If you have a 3 month, 6 month or yearly subscription, you can opt out of automatic renewal in your final month.
Alternatively you can contact us before your renewal date at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure to get in touch at least 10 working days before the renewal date to ensure our team has time to process your request. If you have been renewed and billed for a new 3, 6 or 12 month subscription – you will need to email us to cancel your subscription. We will refund you only if the box has not been shipped.
Please note you cannot cancel and repurchase a subscription in the same month to receive the same box twice. Billing will be placed if resubscribing in the same month – and reserve the next months box for you.
Remember, if you’ve already been billed for the current month (on the 5th of the month), your cancellation will be effective starting next month.
My order has invoiced (billed), can I make changes?
Sadly, once an order has been placed we are not able to cancel or make any amendments to this. Please contact our team at email@example.com for returns information.

What payment types do you accept?
We accept all forms of major credit and debit cards including Visa and MasterCard. Unfortunately, we do not accept AMEX at this time.
Can I choose what is my Greece in the Box? How will I know what I will get?
Every box is a surprise. Every box will include olive oil. The rest is a surprise.
Do you ship outside of Europe?
We ship to the U.K., the E.U. and the U.S.
What will be the size of the products?
FULL size products 250 ml + (8.4 ounces +)
Ι am allergic to some products, now what?
Unfortunately Greece in the Box doesn’t offer customized boxes at this point. You are responsible for consuming responsible the products we ship to you.
